@Home in Adams County’s First Strategic Plan

@Home in Adams County was born by work done by the Adams County Community Foundation. They conducted a Needs Assessment and the hired a consultant to complete our first Strategic Plan. At that time the Coalition was called the Adams County Affordable Housing Coalition. It quickly became clear that housing alone could not resolve the issues. The Adams County Community Foundation issued an RFP to work collaboratively on Housing, Transportation, and Economic Devlopment. They offered a $150,000 seed grant to cover the first three years of operating expenses. South Central Community Action Programs (SCCAP) in partnership with the Adams Economic Alliance (AEA) responded to the RFP and @Home in Adams County was born.
